These files are weekly dumps of the meta-information about public RIPE Atlas
measurements. The files contain a one-line JSON object for each public
measurement.

Due to a bug in the archiver, until 2015-08-17 the "end time" of measurements
is incorrect, it is shown to be the same as the "start time". This has been
fixed in the 2015-08-25 dump first.
